Holly began working for Providence in 2005 as a Dietitian and moved into the position of Program Coordinator for the BC Home Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Program in 2011. In 2016, Holly became a Patient Care Manager of St. Paul’s Hospital Acute Medicine. She joined the Office of Strategy & Results team in 2022 as Senior Manager, Ideas: Forward and is currently the Innovarium Director, Ideas: Forward.
Holly’s expertise and skills include innovative & strategic mindset, idea development, project planning & management, evaluation, collaborative leadership, clinical operations, talent development & mentorship, recruitment & retention, accreditation, pandemic response and provincial program coordination.
