The opportunity
We are at a unique juncture in our organization, a pivotal moment for change. The infrastructure, systems, and care models we put in place over the next five years, have the potential to change the course of health care for decades.
We are embarking on several initiatives: The new St. Paul’s Hospital, the Clinical support and research centre, and the Vancouver and Comox seniors’ villages offer huge opportunities to transform care.
We know we need more than state-of-the art buildings and new models of care to transform health care. We need people and partners who have innovation baked into their DNA.
Our goal is to not only to set a blueprint for health innovation in BC, but also expand our impact within and beyond Canada's borders.
